Integration
In Internal Family Systems (IFS), the "integration of our parts" refers to the process of bringing our various inner parts into a more harmonious and collaborative relationship, guided by Self. Self, in IFS, is the core of our wisdom, compassion, calm, confidence, and a few other amazing qualities. It's the seat of our soul and has an inherent healing capacity.
