We have limited availability for the Community Access and Barrier Reduction Rates. Honesty ensures that our resources are stewarded consciously to support growing a strong and equitable community for all.

Tier 1: Full Investment Generosity Rate
(Highest Cost) $195.00
You experience consistent financial security, with access to personal savings/property, and rarely worry about securing necessities. You comfortably afford "wants" and recognize your economic privilege. This rate reflects the true, full value of the service and directly supports the sustainability of this practice while subsidizing lower-tier slots.
Tier 2: Supported Investment Sustaining Rate
(Upper Middle Cost) $145.00
You experience a steady income yet are actively working to conquer debt or build savings. You may live paycheck to paycheck, but you are not chronically worried about necessities. If you have personal financial support available (family/partners), please use that first. This tier acknowledges a financial stretch while honoring the value of the work.
Tier 3: Community Access Rate
(Lower Middle Cost) $80.00
You struggle to maintain reliable access to basic needs (housing, food, healthcare, childcare, etc.) or are in significant debt. Without this deliberate opportunity, coaching would be financially prohibitive. This tier creates dedicated access for those facing significant economic barriers.
Tier 4: Barrier Reduction Rate
(Zero-Margin Cost) Pay What You Can
Suggested Minimum $5
Your experience is marked by systemic and chronic financial obstacles. You are facing insecurity regarding necessities like food, safe housing, or healthcare, and this financial hardship makes even the Community Access Rate prohibitive. This highly limited tier is offered on a Pay What You Can basis to ensure dedicated access for those facing the deepest economic barriers.
Payment Details: All tiers are per-60-minute session rates, to be paid 24 hours before the scheduled session, unless other arrangements have been made.

Life Coaching Session Investment Terms & Refund Policy
The coaching fee reflects your investment in high-quality sessions. Your coach upholds this by prioritizing continuous professional development, ensuring the delivery of current approaches. Refunds are not provided for sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice. We encourage you to discuss any questions with your coach before your first session.

Standard Clients: Your individual 60-minute session fee is paid directly to Diane Dimond within 24 hours of each session. The preferred payment method is Zelle (using DistillYourVision@gmail.com).

Pisgah Coaching Institute Affiliate Coaching Clients: As an Affiliate Coach with the Pisgah Coaching Institute (PCI), Diane accepts a limited number of clients at the PCI affiliate rate. Payment for these specific sessions is made directly to PCI.

Refunds
1. Cancellation Policy
To respect the commitment of both the client and the coach, we require adequate notice for any session cancellations.

Less than 24 hours, 50% of the Session fee is refunded or credited. This covers professional preparation and lost booking time.
2. "No Show" Policy
A "No Show" is a client failing to attend a scheduled session without providing any prior notice.

Result: You will be charged the full session fee, and no refund or credit will be issued.

Late Arrival: Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, the session is considered a "No Show," and the policy above applies.
3. Emergency Exception Clause
We recognize genuine emergencies (e.g., sudden illness, family crisis, or unexpected major incident).

Procedure: If you need to cancel within the 24-hour window due to a verified emergency, please notify us as soon as possible.

Waiver: In cases of documented or clearly communicated emergencies, we will waive the cancellation fee and offer a full credit to reschedule the session within the next two weeks. This exception is granted on a case-by-case basis and is limited to ensure fairness and policy integrity.
4. Coach Cancellation
In the rare event the coach must cancel a session, you will be notified immediately, and you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the session at a time that is mutually convenient for you.
Note: All cancellation and refund requests must be communicated directly via email or the official booking platform.
