​​Terms of Service for using the Website and before engaging in any coaching services with Diane Dimond Coaching | Distill Your Vision (The Coach), you agree to the following terms, which govern the relationship between you and Diane Dimond Coaching | Distill Your Vision(The Company).

The Coaching Relationship & Client Responsibility
Nature of Coaching: Coaching is a professional partnership focused on clarifying your vision and creating a plan for personal and/or alignment in support of the vision. It is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for professional medical, legal, or mental health treatment.

Client Responsibility: The Client is solely responsible for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and for all decisions, choices, actions, and results arising from the coaching relationship. The Coach is not liable for any direct or indirect results of the services.
Termination: The Client may terminate use at any time.

Ethical Pricing & Fees
We operate on an Ethical Pricing model with three tiers (Generosity, Sustaining, and Community) to ensure accessibility and community equity.
Tier Selection: You are asked to consciously select the tier that reflects your current financial reality. Selecting a lower tier when you can afford a higher one limits access for those truly in need.
Session Fees:
Tier 1 (Generosity Rate): $195.00 per 60-minute session.
Tier 2 (Sustaining Rate): $145.00 per 60-minute session.
Tier 3 (Access Rate): $95.00 per 60-minute session.

​Payment: All per-session rates are to be paid within 24 hours of the scheduled session via Zelle or ACH bank transfer.​

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy applies to individual coaching sessions 

 

More than 24 hours Notice  

0% Charged with session credit or refund.

​

Less than 24 hours (but more than 4 hours)

50% of the contracted rate is charged.

​

Less than 4 hours or No Notice

100% Charged - zero refund or credit is provided.

Confidentiality: The Coach maintains strict confidentiality regarding information shared, adhering to professional ethical standards.
Limits to Confidentiality: Confidentiality does not apply to information that:
Is already public or known.
The Coach is required to disclose by law (subpoena, court order).
The Coach reasonably believes indicates an imminent risk of danger or harm to the Client or others, or involves illegal activity.

Professional Supervision, Mentor Coaching, Instruction: The Coach may discuss session topics anonymously and hypothetically with other coaching professionals for supervision and development.
 

Website Terms (Applicable to Service Use)
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Alaska, United States.
Limitation of Liability: The Company's liability is strictly limited to the amount actually paid by you or 100 USD if no purchase was made.

"AS IS" Disclaimer: The Service (Website) is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will receive reasonable notice (at least 30 days). Continued use of the Service after revisions means you agree to the new terms.
