Their services are not therapy or counseling. It is not medical, business, or financial advice. They cannot diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Clients are the supreme guides for all coaching sessions and are responsible for their choices, actions, and results. While your coach is committed to supporting your progress, no specific outcomes or guarantees can be made. If you have any medical or psychological concerns, please consult with a qualified professional.
Life Coaching Session Investment Terms & Refund Policy
The fees associated with coaching reflect your investment in receiving high-quality care. Your coach upholds this by prioritizing continuous professional development, ensuring the delivery of current approaches. Refunds are not provided for sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice. We encourage you to discuss any questions with your coach prior to your first session.
Paying for Your Session
An individual 55-minute session is $165, paid to Diane Dimond within 24 hours of each session. The preferred payment method is Zelle (found via DistillYourVision@gmail.com). If another payment method is needed, please contact Diane Dimond directly to make arrangements.

Book your session online via the Booking Page or Email Diane with your request.
Privacy Policy for Diane Dimond Coaching Distill Your Vision
I take your privacy seriously. This quick rundown explains how I handle your info when we work together using Zoom, texts, emails, and other technologies. Please reach out if you have questions or requests.
What Info I May Collect:

Your name, contact info (email, phone, etc.).

Notes from our coaching sessions to help you grow.

Records of our chats (emails, texts, Zoom session chats, AI reports from sessions).

Who Sees Your Info:

Trusted helpers who run things like payments or scheduling (they keep your info safe too).

Keeping Your Info Safe:
I do my best to keep your info secure using things like secure Zoom, encryption, and limiting who can see it. But nothing online is 100% foolproof.
How Long I Keep Your Info:
I keep your info as long as I need to for our coaching.
Your Rights:
You have the right to see your info, fix it, delete it (sometimes!), say no to me using it in certain ways, and even take it elsewhere. Just ask if you want to do any of this!
Using Different Tech:

Zoom: We'll use secure Zoom, but check out their privacy stuff too ([Link to Zoom's Privacy Policy]).

Texts & Emails: Just a heads-up that these aren't always super secure, so I'll try to keep sensitive stuff out of them.
Kids' Privacy:
My services aren't for kids under 17 or younger. If you think your child shared info with me, let me know so I can delete it.

If I link to other sites, they have their own privacy rules, so take a peek at those.
