My coaching approach facilitates holistic alignment and synthesis of internal elements and guides you to identify and integrate new behaviors, beliefs, and experiences that resonate with your vision. This is grounded in IFS (Internal Family Systems), which recognizes the psyche as a system of parts, or sub-personalities, with unique feelings, thoughts, beliefs, and motivations often stemming from life experiences or legacy burdens. I blend this with the Pisgah Coaching Institute's (PCI) multifaceted methodology. PCI incorporates in-depth work to distill your vision, gifts exploration, understanding Internal Influences, and a process to identify mile markers to indicate progress for you. These components naturally illuminate the fearful, hesitant, and avoidant parts that may be keeping you stuck.
We will foster an understanding of your internal system (parts) and explore the "why" behind their actions. By engaging with your parts with curiosity and compassion, we can achieve the internal connection and integration needed to align them in support of your vision. This leads to greater system wholeness, progress, and living from the true you.
